thanks for visiting the WEANS INSTITUTE website, where some very talented and caring people have joined together to provide exciting and informative programs across the curriculum, that are painlessly educational!  There are fun workshops for children, creative approaches to enhance lesson plans for teachers and future teachers, helpful encouraging ideas for parents, and even professional development for businesses.  Our guest speakers are inspiring and proficient in their fields, and we are sponsored by well known and trusted stores and websites. Weans Institute's programs were  developed by me (Michelle Lepler) to answer the cry from Teachers and Parents, "Teach us how to use these educational products to meet our goals, stay in our budget, and be fast & fun for the children."   This was not a difficult challenge for me, because my background is design, art, business, volunteer work with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, PTA and most of all I'm a multi-tasking daughter, wife and MOM of two talented & brilliant children (now grown adults).  Actually creating and facilitating WI programs has been fun and exile rating.  And working with my customers; Teachers, Scouts, Parents, Business Leaders and more, has helped me to understand and work with others needs, so everyone is happy.  So thanks to all of you for making our programs successful and please continue sharing WEANS INSTITUTE with your friends.
